Policies

Vancouver
International College
of English’s refund
policy is in accordance
with the Private
Post Secondary Education
Commission of British
Columbia. To
receive a refund,
all students must
make a request in
writing.
Before
the program of study
starts
If a student visa is denied by Immigration Canada,
there will be a full refund minus $200.00. If
a student withdraws from VIC. 7 days or less after
registration, VIC. will refund all fees minus
$400.00.
If
a student withdraws
30 days or more
before course starts
-75% refund
If
a student withdraws
less than 30 days
before course starts -
60% refund.

Homestay
Refund Policy
|
|
Written notice of
leaving the homestay must be given two weeks prior
to leaving in order to qualify for a refund for
homestay. If less than two weeks notice
is given, no refund is required for the remainder
of the month for which notice is given. VIC
will give refunds on a pro-rated basis. If
staying in homestay for one month, student must
give 2 weeks notice before leaving. If staying
in homestay for more than one month, one-month
notice must be given prior to leaving.
